Why information is requested

Jobavio recruits call center customer service staff for phone, chat and email work. The purpose supplied by the operator for applicant identification is to identify the person, prepare a contract and arrange delivery of a computer and other work equipment.

Equipment & pay

Equipment after acceptance: Once accepted, we’ll send you all the equipment you need to work with us, including a laptop, headset and desk.

Standard pay: US$25 per hour. 6 hours per day.

Optional extra hours: US$35 per hour. If you choose to work additional hours, they are paid at this rate.

Reviewing your information

Review your personal details, work answers and selected files before submitting. The confirmation step asks you to confirm the information supplied. Use the application intended for your country and language, and keep private application or phone links out of public messages.

Identity documents and selfie recording

The application includes a selected identity document, its required sides or pages, and a portrait selfie video with microphone audio. Camera and movement guides help with recording quality; they do not establish document authenticity or make a hiring decision.

Continuing on your phone

A desktop applicant can open a short-lived QR link on a phone to scan documents and record the selfie. The linked phone receives the capture session, not the answers entered on the computer. Replacing or cancelling the phone link disconnects the previous phone. Keep the link private.

Submission and receipt

An application is submitted only when the website confirms that it has been saved and displays a receipt. Keep the receipt for correspondence. A receipt acknowledges the saved submission; it is not an offer of employment, a hiring guarantee or an employment contract.

Optional Telegram delivery

Where this country’s Telegram delivery is configured, a separate optional choice allows the complete application answers, document files and selfie video with audio to be sent to its configured reviewer chat. You can apply without this transfer. Telegram receives separate copies; deletion from Jobavio storage does not itself delete those copies.

When this country’s Meta measurement is configured and you agree, Meta may receive page-view or confirmed-application events, an event identifier and time, a cleaned page address, IP address and browser information. Application answers, identity files and recordings are excluded. Optional measurement is separate from saving an application.

Contact support@jobavio.com for website or privacy questions. Include your country and receipt number if you have one, and describe your request. Keep passwords, private application links and identity files out of an ordinary support email. The registered and public contact addresses are listed separately below.
