Why information is requested
Jobavio recruits call center customer service staff for phone, chat and email work. The purpose supplied by the operator for applicant identification is to identify the person, prepare a contract and arrange delivery of a computer and other work equipment.
Private storage and authorized access
Application details and files are stored privately through Supabase. Authorized Jobavio reviewers must sign in and have access to the selected country. Files are served through restricted, expiring access rather than a public media gallery. Vercel hosts the website and processes connection information needed to serve it.
Identity documents and selfie recording
The application includes a selected identity document, its required sides or pages, and a portrait selfie video with microphone audio. Camera and movement guides help with recording quality; they do not establish document authenticity or make a hiring decision.
Optional Telegram delivery
Where this country’s Telegram delivery is configured, a separate optional choice allows the complete application answers, document files and selfie video with audio to be sent to its configured reviewer chat. You can apply without this transfer. Telegram receives separate copies; deletion from Jobavio storage does not itself delete those copies.
Legal basis and international transfers
The operator must confirm the legal basis for each processing purpose and the arrangements for any international transfers before the final country notice is approved. Separate choices for optional providers do not replace that assessment. This draft does not claim a certification or a particular transfer safeguard.
How long information is kept
The operator has not yet approved the retention period for submitted applications and identity files. The final period must be stated before intake opens. Draft access expires after 24 hours; expiry of access is distinct from file deletion. Scheduled maintenance removes expired records and private files. Telegram copies need separate handling.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, a portable copy, or withdrawal of consent. Conditions and exceptions depend on the request and applicable law. A concern can also be raised with the relevant data-protection authority.
